Panelwise Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Panelwise app for iPhone and iPad, published by moz6.com. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using Panelwise you agree to both.

1. What Panelwise is — and is not

Panelwise gives an independent estimate of how many panels fit on the roof you trace, what they could produce in a typical year (using PVGIS data from the European Commission) and what that could save at the prices you enter. It is not an engineering survey, a structural assessment, a quote or a guarantee. It does not model shading from trees or nearby buildings, roof obstacles, local building or fire rules, or grid connection limits. Real results depend on the equipment, the installation and the weather. Use it to ask better questions, and rely on a qualified installer for design and safety decisions.

The quote check compares an installer's figures with our estimate for the same roof. A verdict such as “optimistic” describes that comparison only; it is not a statement about any installer.

2. Panelwise Pro

  • Panelwise Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
  • A plan may include a free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the plan price.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Liability

Panelwise is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, moz6.com is not liable for decisions made, or losses arising, from reliance on estimates or verdicts in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

4. Data sources
