ChargeClaim Terms of Use

These terms apply to the ChargeClaim app. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. What ChargeClaim does

ChargeClaim records meter readings, charger sessions, receipts and tariffs that you provide, calculates an amount following the rules of the country you select, and produces a claim document. It is a documentation and calculation tool. It is not tax, legal or payroll advice. Whether and how much your employer reimburses, and how it is treated for tax, is decided by your employer and the applicable law. Rates built into the app (for example the German Strompreispauschale or HMRC's Advisory Electricity Rate) are taken from public sources and may change; check the current figures with your employer.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the readings, prices and details you enter or confirm, and for claiming only charging of the company car the claim names. Check every reading the app recognises from a photo before you save it. Use the app only for your own claims.

3. ChargeClaim Pro, trials and billing

• ChargeClaim Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold yearly or monthly through Apple In-App Purchase.
• A free trial, where offered, is shown on the purchase screen with its length and the date you will be charged. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the price is charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings.
• Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple under its terms.

4. Third-party services

Optional connections to Octopus Energy, go-e, Tesla Wall Connector and Zaptec use those companies' services and are subject to their terms. They can change or stop working without notice; manual and photo readings always remain available.

5. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, moz6.com is not liable for amounts not reimbursed, tax consequences or losses arising from the use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
