Napwatch Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Napwatch app for iPhone and iPad, published by moz6.com. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. By using Napwatch you agree to both.

1. What Napwatch is — and is not

Napwatch lets one of your devices show the picture and sound from another device on the same Wi-Fi, and alerts you to movement or sound. It is not a medical device. It does not monitor breathing, heart rate, temperature or sleep safety, and it cannot prevent SIDS or any other harm. It depends on your Wi-Fi, on both devices staying powered and connected, and on iOS settings such as notifications. Connections can drop and alerts can be delayed or missed. Napwatch is an extra help, never a replacement for responsible adult supervision.

2. Napwatch Plus

  • The camera role (the device in the nursery) is free to use.
  • The parent unit needs Napwatch Plus, offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
  • The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the yearly price.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
  • Where Family Sharing is available, Napwatch Plus can be shared with your family group through Apple.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Your responsibilities

Use Napwatch only to watch spaces and people you are entitled to watch, and follow the laws where you live about recording audio and video. Place the camera device safely, out of a child's reach, with cables secured.

4. Liability

Napwatch is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, moz6.com is not liable for any loss or harm arising from missed or delayed alerts, lost connections, or reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
