Percentile is a growth journal for parents and caregivers. It records a child's height and weight and shows where each measurement sits on the WHO 2006 growth reference. The app has no user accounts, no advertising and no advertising tracking. This page explains what happens to the information you enter and to your purchase.

1. Children's Profiles and Measurements

Names or nicknames, dates of birth, the sex used for the growth reference, gestational age, measurements and notes are stored only on your device. The app does not send these records to a server operated by us or to RevenueCat, and we never receive a copy of your journals. Percentiles are calculated on the device from reference data bundled in the app.

2. Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Percentile Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Eligible new subscribers can start with Apple's free introductory trial. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends.

To confirm and restore access, the app uses the RevenueCat SDK. RevenueCat processes purchase history, transaction information and an anonymous app purchase identifier. A child's profile or measurements are never sent to RevenueCat. Purchase information is not used for advertising tracking or linked by us to an identified person. Apple and RevenueCat process this information under their own policies: Apple Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

3. Reminders, Exports and Device Backups

Optional measurement reminders and the reminder before a free trial ends are scheduled locally with iOS notification permission; no reminder server is used. You can change or turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.

PDF, CSV and JSON exports contain the information you choose to share or save. Where they go, and any later sharing, is controlled by you and the app or service you choose. Device backups may contain app data depending on your Apple and device settings. Percentile has no cloud synchronization of its own.

4. Deletion and Your Choices

In Settings you can delete all local profiles, measurements, reminders and temporary sharing files after confirmation. Exports saved elsewhere and device backups are not removed by that action. Deleting data does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage your subscription in your Apple Account. Purchase records kept by Apple or RevenueCat are subject to their policies and applicable retention obligations.

5. No Tracking

Percentile does not track you across apps or websites, does not use the advertising identifier, shows no ads and contains no analytics or advertising SDK. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone other than Apple and RevenueCat as described above.

6. Children

Percentile is intended for parents and caregivers, not for children to use themselves. Information about a child is entered by the adult using the app and stays on that adult's device.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
